The purpose of the Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship is to promote international alumni relations by providing financial assistance to undergraduate students from Malaysia who have been accepted to study at the University of Adelaide.The Scholarships shall be governed by the Board of the Alumni Association, in consultation with the international chapters of the Alumni Association in Malaysia. The Board shall report annually to both Council, the Alumni Association Board and to the international chapters of the Alumni Association in Malaysia. One Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship each year is available to a Malaysian citizen who has been accepted into and will commence studying an undergraduate degree at the University of Adelaide. The successful applicant will have strong academic qualifications and will be able to demonstrate financial need.The Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship is to the value of AUD$6000, and the recipient shall be paid AUD$2000 for each academic year that they are enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Adelaide, for a maximum of three years. Scholarships will be awarded and first payments made in Semester two (August) of each year to give equal consideration to both semester 1 and semester 2 applicants. Scholarship Name

The Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship is to the value of AUD$6000, and the recipient shall be paid AUD$2000 for each academic year that they are enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the University of Adelaide, for a maximum of three years. The funds may be used to defray the cost of tuition, auxiliary study expenses, travel or living expenses, and may beused in conjunction with any other scholarships or loans. How to apply For Applicants who have not yet been accepted for study toward a degree at the University of Adelaide, please remember that a general international undergraduate application form must be submitted in addition to an application for the Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship. An application for the Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship is not a formal application to study at the University.
