The CIFP qualification is a pioneering programme aimed at grooming young graduates into versatile Islamic financial services professionals, well versed in Shariah and Fiqh, visionary and critical thinkers, upwardly mobile and global in outlook. The programme is supported by the Central Bank of Malaysia and brings together the knowledge of leading international academic talents and experiences of prominent industry experts. Eligibility

The Scholarship is open to all nationalities of all religious denominations.

Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from ANY discipline from a recognised institution of higher learning, achieving at least a Second Class Upper or its equivalent.

Graduates from Islamic disciplines are also encouraged to apply.

Must be proficient in English.

Current CIFP students may also apply for the scholarship.

Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship awards.
Scholarship Value The CIFP Bright Scholarship will cover the registration. tuition, examination fees and living allowance. There is no employment bond attached to the scholarship.
How to apply Applications must be accompanied by application Form (Download the form in PDF or MS Word format) documents and an essay of not more than 300 words on why you should be awarded the scholarship and how you plan to contribute to the Islamic financial services industry.
Completed applications must reach INCEIF by 30 November 2006 (Thursday). Only shortlisted applicants will be notified and considered for an interview.
