Scholarship Info The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus grants
scholarships to deserving and academically excellent students in recognition of their achievements. Applicants are selected based on their
academic achievements and the socio-economic status of their
family.
The University of
Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships is an automatic scholarship for Foundation and Undergraduate Programmes of Study. Students
who meet the criteria below will automatically be awarded with this The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships,
whereby they will only have to pay 75% of their tuition fees. It is open to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian
students.
The University of
Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships is also open to students progressing onto the Undergraduate Programmes from the Foundation
Programmes. Students will have to achieve an average mark of at least 75% throughout the Foundation
Programme.

Scholarship Informations
Foundation Programme:
A scholarship equivalent to 25% of the tuition fee will be automatically awarded to all candidates who have at least 7A's at
SPM.
This
scholarship will continue to a student's undergraduate programme provided an average mark of at least 65% is maintained throughout the Foundation
Programme.
Undergraduate Programmes:
A scholarship equivalent to 25% of the tuition fee will be automatically awarded to students satisfying the criteria outlined below for each
School. Once awarded the scholarship will continue for each year of the student's undergraduate programme provided an average mark of 60% (upper
second class degree) is achieved in each year's examinations. Loss of scholarship due to poor examination performance cannot be
regained.
Students who satisfy the criteria below but are unable to afford the fees may be eligible for enhanced scholarships. Enhanced
scholarships are awarded on an individual basis at the discretion of the University.
Nottingham University Business School:
High Achievers Scholarships are only available to those students entering the first year of the degree
programme.
For
A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B+ will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B will be eligible .
School of Computer Science and Information Technology: For A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B,
including Mathematics, will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B, including Mathematics, will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B, including Mathematics, will be eligible .
For students applying for Advanced Standing, an average of Distinction with no element below Credit (must include Mathematics) will be
eligible.
Schools of Engineering:
High Achievers Scholarships are only available to those students entering the first year of the degree
programme.
For
A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B, to include Mathematics & Physics (Mathematics & Chemistry for Chemical Engineering) will be
eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B+, to include Mathematics & Physics (Mathematics & Chemistry for Chemical Engineering) will be
eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B, to include Mathematics & Physics (Mathematics & Chemistry for Chemical Engineering) will be
eligible.
School of Pharmacy:
For A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B, of which Chemistry must be an A, will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B+, of which Chemistry must be an A, will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B, of which Chemistry must be an A, will be eligible.
School of Biosciences:
For A-level entrants, students with 2As and 1B, of which Chemistry or Biology must be an A, will be eligible.
For STPM entrants, students with 2As and 1B+, of which Chemistry or Biology must be an A, will be eligible.
For UEC entrants, students with 6As and 1B, of which Chemistry or Biology must be an A, will be
eligible.
Recipients of High Achievers Scholarship at undergraduate programmes are also eligible for PTPTN loan.

Fee
Payment For High Achievers Scholarship Recipients
Please Note:
Each semester consist of 16 weeks. There are 2 semesters in a year.
PTPTN loans are only available for undergraduate studies.
The University will assist students in applying to PTPTN.
Approval for PTPTN loans is subject to PTPTN terms and conditions.
The University also allows for staggered fee payments if students are not able to pay the semester fee in one payment. Please see Payment of
