VisDynamics was established in early 2003 in Melaka, a small state of Malaysia about 150km south of Kuala Lumpur, the capital city.

The company name is a clear reflection of the company’s key competency in optimizing the mix of dynamics (a study of motion) and machine vision technology, plus our relentless believe in R&D (research and development).

The founding team consists of veterans from semiconductor assembly & test plant, and highly sought-after individuals that were behind some of the best sellers in the industry, including inventors of various worldwide patents in mechatronics & machine vision technology during their tenure as employees for a major semiconductor equipment multinational company (MNC).

Eligibility

Citizen of Malaysia.
Innovative and creative mindset and positive attitudes towards life and work are very important attributes. However, strong leadership, high scholastic achievements and particpation in extracurricular and sports are also our consideration criteria.
Application from students of middle-income family and below.
Has obtained admission to Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
Is not/has not been bonded or receiving any form of financial assistance from any other organization.
Willing to serve VisDynamics Research Sdn Bhd or any of its related company within the same Group upon completion of studies at the discretion of the Management of the ultimate holding company, VisDynamics Holdings Berhad.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written and oral). Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
During the end-of-academic-year's semester break, Scholarship Candidates will be required to report to VisDynamics Research Sdn Bhd or any of its related company within the same Group (at the discretion of the Management of the ultimate holding company) for the on-the-job practical training. Additional trainee allowances (at the discretion of the Management of the ultimate holding company) will be paid during the on-the-job practical training period.
A Guarantor for the Scholarship Candidates will be required.
A formal Scholarship Agreement to be entered between the Scholarship Candidates and the Company. Penalty sum at a pre-determined rate will be levied on default of the Scholarship Agreement by the student or if the student opts for repayment oft eh Scholarship sum given in lieu of the bond period.

Scholarship Value

VisDynamics Holdings Berhad Scholarship covers tuition fees and living expenses and will be given at a fixed sum per academic year for the duration of the course. The fixed sum is to be determined by the Company with reference to the academic performance of the student as well as the income level of the student's family. The payment for the scholarship will only be made out in the following semester after passing all subjects covered in the previous semester.

VisDynamics Holdings Berhad Scholarship candidates, upon successful completion of their respective course and graduation from the respective universities with the assistance of this scholarhsip shall be required to serve as an employee of VisDynamics Research Sdn Bhd or any of its related company within the same Group (at the discretion of the Management of the ultimate holding company) for a minimum of 3 years (subject to vacancy and depending on the value of the scholarship).
