The Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE) is pleased to announce its annual competition for grants under the Fulbright Scholarship for graduate level study (Masters or Ph.D. degrees) and research in the United States for the 2008-2009 academic year.

I would like to know whether this scholarship is awarded for internationals fo study in Malaysia. If so please
let me know the conditions.

i am from nigeria with a degree in law and wish to continue my stydy to aquire the LLM, hope i will get the scholarship.
