I am Indika Wijeratne (Sri Lankan) presently working as a Chief Accountant in Male’ Maldives, in reputed Shipping company. I have done AAT (SL) & I have professional work experience, I start my career, Trainee Audit & Accounts Clerk in Sri Lanka, after that I worked as an Asst. Accountant/Accountant for 8 years, (Audit firms, small & medium size companies, hotel trade etc.) also I worked Saudi Arabia as an Internal Auditor/Accountant for 4 years after completion of contract of Employment ; I joined Maldives Shipping co. and work there two years, after that I signed new contract with another new shipping co,
And presently I’m working as a Chief Accountant.
I have almost 13 years Auditing & Accounting experience ,I capable to do any accounting techniques and doing proper Accounting Management Reporting, Presentation in any another company .
But I need to study Professional Accounting & Finance Degree/CIMA UK/ACCA/MBA studies for me to have goodwill/future prospect, and to be a higher professional in this field.

I had very bad experience in my school age, my father was died due to heart attack and at that time we didn’t have any savings.
I have two sisters & one brother & my mother was house wife, but very difficult finance situation we studied well and as much as possible. But we couldn’t go university due to difficult finance situation.
After GCE (A/L) & AAT SL, I start my Accounting career in Audit firm.
Now I need to study one of this, Professional Accounting & Finance Degree/CIMA UK/ACCA/MBA etc; study for me to have, future prospect, and to be a higher professional in this field.
Therefore I’m kindly request you please consider above true facts and, please funding me for a
Higher studies.
