As banker to the community, OCBC purpose is to help individuals and businesses across communities achieve their aspirations by providing them with innovative financial solutions. In the same helping spirit, OCBC Bank has a program designed to support the community, centred on helping children and youths realize their full potential.
OCBC social responsibility program continues on from the legacy of our founder, Lee Kong Chian, who in the 1950s actively made contributions to schools and libraries and helped many children and youths fulfil their aspirations through education. OCBC continues to encourage and support academic excellence by providing financial aids and awarding 10 scholarships annually to help youths to pursue their academic dreams. Understanding that these youths would have their own aspirations after graduation, our scholarships are awarded without any conditions attached. More


HSBC Scholarship Awards
The HSBC Scholarship Award aims to assist malaysian students from low-income backgrounds from all over the country to undertake further studies in both local public and private universities and colleges by providing HSBC malaysian scholarship.

HSBC prides itself as an organization that places great emphasis on the importance of education in our community. It is also a key focus area in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. As part of our commitment to the local community in Malaysia, HSBC's Scholarship Awards aims to provide an opportunity for under-privileged youths to pursue their dream in higher education. More
